Team Leader Master Data (m/f)

Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Leading of Vendor and Customer Master Data Teams
- Responsible for coordination of processes, new projects/systems and tasks within the team
- Regular communication with internal departments and our internal customers
- Providing and support the team with solving master data operational tasks
- People management (motivation, evaluation, training and development plan, capacity planning, issue management, vacation planning etc.)
Your profile:
- Education: University degree in related field
- Experience: 5-8 years experience working in an international environment and ability to work as a reliable team member in a global/multicultural community
- Required Skills: Practical knowledge in SAP, advanced practical competencies with MS Windows and MS Office package
- Preferred Skills: Team leading and negotiation skills, flexibility, good time management, process oriented thinking, stress resistance
- Languages: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German or another language knowledge of advantage
- Competencies: Very good communication skills, organization skills, responsibility, team player
