    Your challenge

    •      Responsible for lobby area, employee support
    •  Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
    •  HR invoice processing
    •  Performs administrative duties for the HR team
    •  Organize annual community stewardship activities
    •  Organizes a common HR shared drive
    •  Update and standardize forms and letters
    •  Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
    •  Supports Accounting/Payroll/HR audits as needed
    •  Assists in planning and creating a positive, productive workplace culture through employee engagement activities
    •  Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
    •  Creates new hire badges and lost badge requests
    •  Responsible for filing, HR mail distribution and visitor management
    •  Manages new hire onboarding to include but not limited to: pre-employment background checks/medical, I9 verification, and new hire announcements
    •  Coordinates service award program
    •  Checks and audits timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records.
    •  Assists employees with the use of computer and access to various online systems

    Your profile


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field


    • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience in an office environment

    Required Skills:

    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
    •  Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities.
    •  Strong skills in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Power Point)
    •  Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
    •  Detail oriented, highly organized and able to work both independently and within a team

    Preferred Skills:

    •  Masters degree
    •  Professional HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
    •  SAP SuccessFactors
