Your challenge

The HR Jr. Business Partner supports the local facility in Administrative, Employee Relations, and Recruiting activities.


  • Manages employee badge system and is responsible for daily error addressing of timekeeping system
  • Manage employee attendance records and act as initial point of contact for employee questions/concerns i.e. weekly postings, tracking of max point level, closure of point investigations, holiday schedules and holiday policies
  • Audit HRMS data and Org Manager
  • Regular data entry in support of employee record maintenance in SAP, including new hire entries
  • Garnishment disclosure, garnishment and levy work sheets as required
  • Set up new hire files according to department standards and maintain adequate supply of paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • Approve, verify and process employee time-off requests which require documentation, i.e. bereavement, family care leave, jury duty, etc
  • Acts as initial point of contact for employees and supervisors on timekeeping questions
  • Training of supervisors for T&A policies
  • Drive High Performance Team objectives
  • Administer employee pay cards and function as site administrator and point of contact for iPay
  • Responsible for assisting with ensuring timely employee enrollment in benefits system


  •  Activity pursuing hourly direct hire employees
  • Onboarding of direct hires and temporary employees

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field


  • 3 years of Human Resources experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to positively relate to employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data on a regular basis.


  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • SAP experience
