The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator works within the centralized maintenance department. The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator’s primary function is to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and efficiency by developing, improving, and scheduling maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This will include reliability improvements along with other components of the proactive maintenance model including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), maintenance basics and other similar type programs designed to efficiently maximize equipment performance.
