Carrier Coordination and Claims Management

Your challenge

  • Filing of claims for carrier loss or damages
  • Investigate any lost shipments and provide feedback to customer service, customers and logistics supervisors
  • Maintain existing relationships with carriers and ensure availability of trailers when needed
  • Escalate any carrier pickup concerns raised by 3PLservice provider
  • Serve as point of contacts for customer service team and
  • Maintain close communication with 3PL outbound supervisors

Your profile


  • Associate Degree or High school diploma with 3 years of experience in traffic within manufacturing


  • 2 years of processing of outbound shipments
  • 2 years of creation of shipping paperwork including exports

Required Skills:

  • 2 years of demonstrated SAP skills
  • intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Strong ability to maintain deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively
  • Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
