Superintendent (3rd shift)

Your challenge

  • Provide guidance and leadership to all departments on 3rd shift (production, logistics, maintenance and quality).
  • Plan work schedules of assigned departments according to production requirements.
  • Drive safety on third shift: Prevent and investigate accidents, hold supervisors and employees accountable.
  • Support employee training, cross-training, and development initiatives.
  • Drive performance to align with set KPI’s with a focus on unit fill.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well organized (5S) work areas.
  • Monitor the operation of all equipment in accordance with safety requirements.
  • Enforce Company Policy and take disciplinary action as needed.
  • Drive lean thinking across all production on the 3rd shift.
  • Ensure that quality standards are met across all lines
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition is corrected.

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field


  • 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Required Skills:

  • Must be able lead a team in a fast paced and pressured environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; Excel. Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong Lean Mindset
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule across all three shifts if necessary.
