The OurAir solutions enable us to create a safe and clean indoor climate. Senzit, the intelligent monitoring product, uses sensors to record the load status of the air cleaners fitted to construction and agricultural machinery. Using our FilterSmart technology, your air cleaner, oil filter or cabin filter sends a recommendation for the service interval which is based on the actual running hours and environment of the car instead of the usual standard interval. Sensors integrated in the intelligent FreciousSmart cabin filter system continually monitor the quality of the outdoor and indoor air. This enables the vehicle occupants to receive the right amount of ambient air under different traffic situations with a minimum energy requirement.
IoT laboratory in Singapore
Our developers are examining a comprehensive range of digital solutions, from sensors and interfaces to cloud solutions. For this purpose, in October 2016 MANN+HUMMEL opened theIoT (Internet of Things) lab in Singapore. At this facility, system, hardware, firmware and software engineers and data specialists from all over the world are working on the development of intelligent technology for the field of filtration. The focus is on intensive cooperation with established technology groups and start‑up companies.

Sensors integrated in FreciousSmart monitor the air inside and outside of the vehicle. The system uses a minimum amount of energy to supply the right amount of air and consequently your car battery has a longer service life.
BioCel monitors the operating parameters of the waste water filters used in membrane bioreactors. Based on extensive data analysis it gives a recommendation for the right settings to run the system as efficiently as possible and thus reduce downtimes.
I-Ceradur monitors the performance parameters of ceramic hollow fiber modules with visualization via an app. Critical deviations are quickly corrected for a better system with a longer service life.
