Job Description

Your challenge:

  • Confirm order details with customer
  • Manage price dispute (e.g. price deviation)
  • Manual order entry
  • Monitor and resolve of EDI orders
  • Send order confirmation to customer
  • Check and update of internal forecasts
  • Direct communication with production and logistics
  • Creation a updation of internal documentation
  • Regular communication with internal departments


Your profile:

  • Very good knowledge of German language (B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of English language (B2)
  • Knowledge of SAP system is advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, committed team player
  • MS Office, mainly MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driving license B
