Job Description

Your challenge:

  • Daily check of purchase order requisition in area of category maintenance / repair / operation.
  • Determination of suitable vendor. Transfer to PO.
  • Supporting of activities connected to source selection, determination of correct vendor, clarification of inconsistent data with responsible Buyer
  • Daily PO follow up.
  • Active communication and collection of feedback from vendor, entering order confirmation
  • Invoice verification of price and quantify differences, clarification of differences with accounting department and vendor
  • Maximizes effectiveness and efficiency of own performance and proposing improvements
  • Other tasks defined by supervisor


Your profile:

  • Education in area of commerce or administration
  • Proved experience in area of Purchasing and/or supply chain
  • Affinity to IT Solutions and business processes
  • Knowledge of English (B1+) and German language (B2)
  • MS Office skills
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP is advantage
