Job Description


  • Daily business communication with partners (Spanish language on daily basis)
  • Cooperation with other MANN+HUMMEL branches
  • Administration of purchasing requirements initiated by M+H colleagues
  • Preparation and revision documents within the supplier-customer relations
  • Other administrative activities including purchasing and logistics process



  • Education: University degree or high school education in relevant field of Purchasing or Business Administration
  • Experience: 1-2 years previous experience with administration and communication with customers and suppliers required
  • Required Skills: MS Office, SAP knowledge 
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1 level) and English language (B1 level)
  • Competencies: Good communication skills, well organized
