Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confirm order details with customer
  • Create delivery note and delivery quality report
  • Customer order delivery tracking
  • Manage return and order entry
  • Monitor and resolve issues of EDI orders
  • Overdue management/reporting
  • Send order confirmation to customer

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: High school education in relevant field
  • Experience: +1 year of experience in Customer Service or Logistics
  • Required Skills: Knowledge SAP system is advantage
  • Languages: Very Good spoken and written German (Level B2), good knowledge of English language (Level B1)
  • Competencies: Good communication and organizational skills, focus on detail
