Welcome to the MANN+HUMMEL Group

“Along with quality, service, and innovation, MANN+HUMMEL’s employees have, for more than 75 years, truly been at the heart of what we do. It is they, primarily, who ensure the continued commercial success of our company.”

(Alfred Weber, President & CEO)

Our language: Filtration!

MANN+HUMMEL is defined by more than 75 years of experience in the filtration sector. Over the past few decades, we have grown from a small filter plant to a global company and are proud to be a world-leading filtration specialist across many sectors and a development partner and original equipment supplier to the international automotive and mechanical engineering industries.

The following figures should provide you with a brief impression of MANN+HUMMEL today:

  • Around 20,000 employees across more than 70 sites, one thousand of which are research and development specialists
  • More than 3000 patents, and a turnover of 3.8 billion euros per year.
  • We produce 24 filter elements per second, and each year more than 170 million filters are manufactured in our Marklkofen plant (the world’s largest filter plant) alone.

While this may seem impressive, we, of course, are not satisfied to remain status quo. That is why continued healthy growth and innovation are on the agenda at MANN+HUMMEL. We cover a wide range of sectors – with filtration at the heart of what we do. From the automotive industry to mechanical and process engineering right through to industrial applications. Is there a single filtration application that we wouldn’t do? Not really.

Making a difference is what drives us, and this is something we enjoy and are passionate about. Get to know MANN+HUMMEL – our company, our business areas, and our employees – and let us take you on a tour of the exciting world of filtration. We have been working in this area every day for 75 years and will continue to do so in the future so that we will  achieve our vision of ‘Leadership in Filtration’.
