Your challenge

Responsible for Customer Group management.

Develop the business for Customer Group, achieve the sales target.

Responsible to define the Customer Strategy for Customer group(long-term).

Liaise with customers in all issues, from sales to delivery, quality and account receive.

Support project team as Sales function.

Your profile

Education: Technical education with commercial experience or contrariwise.

Experiences:At least 5 years experiences in CV OEM-area.

Required Skills:Experience in development projects of automobile industry ( for example  as team leader or project manager)/Customer experiences / business fluent manner.

Preferred Skills: Experience in R&D/project management/team work is preferred.

Language: Fluent in both written and oral English.

Competencies: Excellent sales skill and good customer relationship management./ Excellent analysis capability and market knowledge (OEM, competitors,product)/ Strong sense of responsibility and initiative./ Team working spirit./ Strong leadership and be able to coach different sales functions.
