Your challenge

The Senior Manager of Human Resources – Aftermarket and Enabling Functions - Americas is responsible for the implementation of the overall global HR strategy with primary focus on the Americas Aftermarket and Enabling Functions (IT, Finance, Legal)

  • Responsible to implement, monitor and sustain global, regional, U.S. and locally based HR processes, guidelines and projects
  • Advise and support both Americas and Global corporate leadership teams with regard to Human Resources topics and governance
  • Ensure and implement effective people management processes (talent acquisition, performance management, talent and succession management and headcount planning and forecasting)
  • Ensure alignment between the business unit, the region, and the HR corporate centers
  • Coordinate, manage and lead a variety of programs and projects
  • Drive and support organizational change management
  • Represent the company in Human Resource topics in front of labor or other public authorities
  • Assist Director of Human Resources (U.S.) in leading employment activities, including employee branding, workforce planning, staffing needs assessment, onboarding, training/development and crisis management
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Prepare documentation, data collection correspondence and offer letters
  • Manage and lead direct reports
  • Co-develop methodologies and audit work programs to address general control audits, functional and process review deep dives, and ad hoc management request audits

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Workforce Development, Organizational Management or related field


  • At least 10 – 12 years' proven experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations.
  • Experience leading and implementing global HR strategy as a true business partner with corporate business decision-makers (requires a true consultative approach)
  • Must possess experience working within a manufacturing environment inclusive of both exempt and non-exempt (hourly) employees
  • Experience making presentations to corporate executives (requires understanding of and experience working with European cultures)
