Your challenge

  • Oversee hourly production workers to ensure all aspects of safety, quality, and productivity for the re-pack operations are maintained/improved.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team member, appraising performance.
  • Recognize and discipline employees in accordance with the company policies and the law.
  • Address and resolve concerns in accordance with the company policies and the law.
  • Responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
  • Lead team in attainment of daily production schedules and lean manufacturing ideas.
  • Provide daily production output reports.
  • Ensure all company employee policies are followed and enforced.
  • Facilitate and participate in continuous improvement and cost savings activities.
  • Coordinate problem solving issues, job layout and production improvement activities.
  • Perform activities in a positive and professional manner.
  • Must have knowledge of and adhere to current Quality System requirements.
  • Create, monitor, and support department KPIs for continuous process improvement. (5s, Logistics Basics)
  • Process department timecards and manage employee overtime.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in supervising within a warehouse environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A solid understanding of SAP warehouse management processes preferred.
