The role will mainly work both Kocyatagı Office and Gebze Plant during working week.

Your challenge

  • Advise and support the local and regional Management Team in all personnel related topics in order to  achieve the business goals.
  • Ensure and implement a qualified people management in close collaboration and alignment with the business (Production Plant as well as Business Unit functions), considering corporate HR processes (e.g. on recruitment, talent management,  succession planning or HR reporting)
  • According global standards, manage and implement local processes within the region
  • Ensure the compliance of HR activities with legal, tax and social security, relevant labor law and labor security issues for all locations, including MEA (Middle East & Africa)
  • Initiate, actively drive and support employee and organizational change management
  • Manage union collaboration and needed actions for a plant
  • Represent MANN+HUMMEL in HR topics in front of labor or other public authorities
  • Coordinate all payroll processes with the outsources payroll provider for Turkey & MEA

Your profile

  • Education:  University degree in associated disciplines such as Business Administration, Organizational Management or Law
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at an international manufacturing company, preferable in automotive industry
  • Required Skills: Ability to establish a professional and effective working relationships with line management, at both senior and operational levels

Good knowledge of the Turkish labor law

Good communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels

Experience with a labor union and managing collective agreement processes

Achievement orientation, customer focus,  business acumen, strategic thinking

Empathy, analytical thinking, flexibility

IT skills: MS Office & HR IT, preferable SAP-SuccessFactors

Mobility: Driving license, ready for business travelling within Turkey & abroad

  • Languages: Local language (Turkish) and fluency in English (written and spoken)
