The HR Business Partner will provide HR expertise, best practices, and solutions. They will also develop, manage, coordinate, and administer a variety of programs and projects.

Your challenge

Business Strategy, Policies and Tools

  • Ensures the implementation of the global HR Strategy.
  • Creates and implements initiatives in line with the HR strategy.
  • Implement, monitor, and sustain global and local HR processes, guidelines, policies and projects in alignment with the HR Corporate Centers, the Regional HR Business Partner and Business Leaders

Human Resource Management

  • Advises and supports managers in professional expertise. Provides a consultancy service in HR policies for managers.
  • Ensures and implements effective people management processes (i.e. , recruitment, training, leadership development, succession planning, organizational development, compensation, payroll and HR controlling)
  • Ensures that business requirements and expectations are communicated and considered in HR policies and processes.
  • Ensures timely adaptation to all legal changes regarding employment
  • Ensures the compliance of all HR activities
  • Initiates, drives, and supports employee and organizational change management.
  • Supports the implementation of short, mid, and long-term plans for HR activities in agreement with the Regional HR Business Partner, Corporate HR and Business Leaders
  • Steers and participates in corporate, regional or local projects (e.g.: absenteeism, training activities, engagement surveys)
  • Ensures effective internal communication and liaise with the HR community to share best practice standards.
  • Stays up to date with latest HR trends and regulations
  • Supports Aftermarket Business Unit manning needs

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field


  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • HR experience in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment
  • HRIS experience

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including communicating with diverse individuals
  • Project Management

Preferred Skills:

  • Masters Degree
  • HR SAP experience
  • HR Certifications – SPHR, PHR etc.
