New Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
Effective May 1st, 2024, Géraldine Tenten succeeds Gudmund Semb and will assume the role of Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at MANN+HUMMEL.
Ludwigsburg, Germany, 29 April 2024 – Effective May 1st, Ludwigsburg-based filtration specialist MANN+HUMMEL appointed Géraldine Tenten as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMO). The French-born Tenten reports directly to Kurk Wilks, President and CEO of the MANN+HUMMEL Group.
Géraldine Tenten will be responsible for strategic objectives in the areas of branding, marketing and communications. Her areas of responsibility also include the implementation of digital platforms for customer relationship management. Tenten has more than two decades of experience in developing marketing and communications strategies implementing brand to demand engagement models. In various leadership positions, she was responsible for growth strategies, brand awareness and digital transformation, most recently at IBM as Vice President and CMO for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Géraldine Tenten has set herself ambitious goals for her new role: “I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge and experience to MANN+HUMMEL so our brand and customer engagement system delights customers at each step of their journey for cleaner mobility, cleaner air, cleaner water and cleaner industry.”

Géraldine Tenten succeeds MANN+HUMMEL’s long-standing CMO Gudmund Semb, who is retiring. “I wish Géraldine every success in her upcoming tasks. She can build on a highly motivated and experienced global team,” says Semb.
