Kurk Wilks
President & Chief Executive Officer
Kurk Wilks has been President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since January 2020 and manages the group together with Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Emese Weissenbacher and Chief Financial Officer (interim) Helena Hofer. Since 1998, the US citizen, who holds a degree in accounting and an MBA from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, has held various positions at MANN+HUMMEL in North America. The Transportation, Life Sciences & Environment, and Filtration Materials divisions report to Kurk Wilks. In addition, he is responsible for Technology, Performance Office, Marketing & Communications, Legal, Risk & Resilience, Corporate Strategy & M&A, and Corporate Sustainability.
Emese Weissenbacher
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Emese Weissenbacher has been Executive Vice President since January 2020 and has been responsible for the company's operations since July 2025. After holding various positions in Controlling, Business Units, and Operations, the Hungarian-born Emese Weissenbacher returns to the industrial heartbeat of the company after ten years as CFO and more than three decades at MANN+HUMMEL. She assumes end-to-end responsibility for our global supply chain and related cross-functional activities with the aim of consistently aligning operational performance with customer and market requirements. She also heads the IT, Procurement, and Real Estate departments.
Helena Hofer
Chief Financial Officer
Helena Hofer is Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the MANN+HUMMEL Group. In this role, she leads Controlling, Group Closing & Reporting, Group Tax, and Group Treasury. She continues to serve as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in parallel, overseeing HR, as well as Global Business & Technical Solutions, and is driving the further development of the company’s future-oriented finance and management structure.
Helena Hofer joined the company in 2021 as Group Vice President (VP) of Global Business and Technical Solutions, responsible for the company's international shared service centers across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.
In their daily work, our Management Board Committee closely collaborates with the business units and our functional areas. These are represented by the Executive Leadership Committee, the key management committee of the MANN+HUMMEL Group and advisor to the Management Board Committee.
