Job Description
Main Tasks
- Ensures the fulfillment of HSE requirements in the line/machine
- Responsible for the right setting to assure quality and productivity targets
- Oversees the achievement of targeted OEE and supports its improvement
- Executes the changeover / set up of the tooling – supported by the team leader where applies – aiming at achieving time set for that changeover following the overall changeover guideline and product specific guideline application for the tool
- Measures and records changeover time
- Ensures display of changeover time evolution vs. SMED target
- Checks and controls maintenance intervalls of machines. Performs prescribed maintenance and cleaning tasks. Is involved and performs TPM activities
