Our recruitment process
Every career begins with a clear first step. Here you can learn how our recruitment process works:
1. Job posting
Open positions are published on our official careers page, as well as on LinkedIn and other job boards.
2. Application via SuccessFactors
Interested applicants create an account in our SuccessFactors recruitment portal and upload their documents (e.g. CV, certificates).
3. Review of your application
Your documents are carefully reviewed by several team members and the relevant departments. This process may take some time but reflects our thorough selection procedure.
4. Communication via the system
All further steps – such as invitations to interviews or rejections – are carried out directly through SuccessFactors.
5. Offer & contract discussion
If your application is successful, you will receive your offer exclusively by email from an official company address or by telephone.
6. Contact via LinkedIn
If we contact candidates directly via LinkedIn, you will receive a clearly worded, official message. There you can always check who has contacted you.
7. Data protection
Your personal data is processed securely and stored in our applicant database for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this, please let us know.
