To further strengthen that foundation, we have established a dedicated filtration materials division, sharpening our scientific capabilities and translating research findings into market-ready solutions across a wide range of applications. Our new filtration materials production facility in Marklkofen demonstrates how we turn scientific expertise into scalable industrial performance, to the benefit of our customers worldwide.
Sustainability remains a core driver of our innovation agenda. Our CO₂-reduced air filter from MANN-FILTER, made from renewable raw materials, was recognized with both the PARTSLIFE Environmental Award 2025 and the CLEPA Innovation Award.
Growth in new fields
We are strategically expanding into new growth areas, particularly in Life Sciences & Environment, with a clear focus on filtration solutions for cleaner air, cleaner water, and demanding industrial applications. Segments such as data centers and cleanrooms are experiencing sustained structural growth and are central to AI, semiconductor manufacturing, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry. At the same time, increasing water scarcity worldwide is fueling demand for advanced treatment technologies, including desalination and water reuse solutions.

Our progress is reflected in the reliability of our operational performance and in recognitions such as the GM Supplier Quality Excellence Award and the Outstanding Shipping Performance Award received by WIX Filters.
Digitalization and AI are key levers for strengthening our antifragility and long-term competitiveness. The rollout of S/4HANA and the expanded use of AI are enabling smarter processes, faster decisions, and greater adaptability in an increasingly dynamic environment.
