MANN+HUMMEL appoints Helena Hofer as CFO and Nicole Schuler as CHRO
Ludwigsburg, Germany, April 30, 2026 – MANN+HUMMEL, a leading global filtration expert, announces changes in its leadership team.
Helena Hofer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Effective May 1, 2026, the Supervisory Board has appointed Helena Hofer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MANN+HUMMEL. Hofer has been serving as Interim CFO since February 2026 in addition to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will now assume the CFO position on a permanent basis.
Thomas Fischer, Non-Executive Chairman of MANN+HUMMEL, said:

Effective June 1, 2026, Nicole Schuler will be appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Nicole Schuler currently serves as Group Vice President Global Business & Technical Solutions (GBTS) at MANN+HUMMEL. She joined MANN+HUMMEL in 2023. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at EY and Siemens with a focus on transformation, shared services and international organizational development.
