MANN+HUMMEL Helena Hofer appointed as interim CFO, Jurate Keblyte leaves

February 3rd, 2026 – Ludwigsburg, Germany — Leading filtration specialist MANN+HUMMEL appoints Helena Hofer as interim Chief Financial Officer, in addition to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 3 February 2026.

Hofer succeeds Jurate Keblyte, who is leaving the company at her own request to pursue her career outside the company.

Given her strong background in finance and track record with the company, she is furthermore well positioned to act as Chief Financial Officer and join our Management Board Committee.”

In her combined role as CFO and CHRO, Helena Hofer is committed to driving MANN+HUMMEL’s path toward the company’s shared strategic vision, Leadership in Filtration, together with the other members of the Management Board Committee.
