Norbert Gregor leaves the MANN+HUMMEL Group
New management of HELSATECH and HELSACOMP will be filled internally and announced promptly.
Ludwigsburg/Gefrees, 24 November 2021 – Norbert Gregor, Vice President & Managing Director Molecular Filtration, is leaving the company at his own request and with immediate effect. He has been part of the MANN+HUMMEL Group since the acquisition of helsa Functional Coating in September 2020. Since 2019, he has served as Managing Director of HELSATECH and HELSACOMP and played a key role in driving forward the post-merger integration process.

Until an internal succession plan is announced, Bernd Kolb, Vice President Operations Life Sciences & Environment Europe, will temporarily assume responsibility for HELSATECH and HELSACOMP.
In May 2021, MANN+HUMMEL announced plans to expand the Himmelkron plant in 2023. Due to continuous growth and further market potential in the field of air purification, the site is planned to be expanded into a competence center for molecular filtration. In this context, a relocation of HELSATECH GmbH to the Himmelkron site is also planned.
