Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of recently created small team of HR Admins supporting our Polish MANN+HUMMEL branch in various HR processes
  • You will process various HR data related requests such as creating employee files, various data changes, administration of benefits and other HR related supporting tasks including reporting
  • You will mainly communicate with the local HR colleagues in Poland alongside with the customers (MANN+HUMMEL employees from the Polish location)
  • You will maintain the data in SAP SuccessFactors and local HR System (Koma)
  • The requests will come via ticketing system SNOW from the front office located in Poland
  • You will work part-time (20 hours/week) in business hours

Your Profile:

  • Education: High school/University degree in Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Experience: +1 year of experience with HR processes of mainly Admin/Data Management character is required, experience with reporting is an advantage
  • Required Skills: knowledge of MS Excel on intermediate level, knowledge of HR tools (such as SuccessFactors) or ticketing tool is an advantage, knowledge of Koma is an advantage
  • Languages: Fluency in Polish (B2+) and very good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) is required, minimum conversational Czech (B1/B2 level)
  • Competencies: Team and customer oriented personality with great communication skills and attention to detail
