Job Description

Role Summary

Manages and oversees employee-related processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Ensures all HR matters are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, aligned with the company’s collaborative model. Additionally, supports the successful onboarding of new employees by guiding them through all stages of the integration process.

Main Responsabilities

  • Provide on-site HR support on the production floor, resolving employee issues and maintaining strong union relations.

  • Enforce company policies, labor law (LFT), and disciplinary processes, including issuance of warning letters and compliance with RIT and disciplinary matrix.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for operation positions, especially for blue-collar roles.

  • Track and analyze HR-related operational KPIs such as absenteeism, headcount, overtime, and employee turnover.

  • Support internal training processes, including follow-up on administrative training and the Training Needs Matrix (DNC).

  • Manage cafeteria and transportation services, ensuring coordination with internal and external providers.

  • Oversee internal job posting processes and the Pay for Skills program for blue-collar staff.

  • Handle voluntary and involuntary terminations, including investigations and documentation.

  • Organize and execute corporate events and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Participate in daily start-up meetings and collaborate with operations to align HR activities with plant needs

Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments (automotive sector is a plus).
  • Experience working with unions and managing labor relations on the production floor.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of local labor laws (LFT) and disciplinary procedures.
  • Knowledge of operational HR KPIs such as absenteeism, headcount, overtime, and turnover.
  • Understanding of standards like IATF 16949 and ISO related to manufacturing compliance.

Systems and Tools:

  • Experience with SAP HR is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Tress HR system is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors platform is preferred.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken, B1-B2).

Soft Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, yet flexible and solution-focused.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate across functions (operations, training, EHS).
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with presence on the shop floor
