Job Description
Your Challenges:
- Supporting our sales team in achieving business goals through targeted marketing strategies and activation programs for specific customer groups and regions.
- Creating and managing the trade marketing plan and being responsible for the assigned budget.
- Acting as the central point of contact for planning, implementing, and evaluating all trade marketing activities for defined customers, markets, and brands.
- Proactively identifying customer needs, conducting promotional campaigns, measuring success, and optimizing future actions.
- Collaborating with brand managers and the marketing solutions team to create or adapt marketing materials for traditional and e-commerce channels.
- Organizing customer events and trade shows.
- Coordinating internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth and timely execution of planned marketing activities.
Your Profile
- Education: Successfully completed studies in marketing or a comparable field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Expertise:
- Solid knowledge in project management.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
- Experience in budget management.
- Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Personality:
- Confident demeanor and the ability to advise sales managers at eye level.
- Perseverance and stamina to achieve long-term goals.
- Cultural awareness and experience working with international teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking.
- Proactive work style with a "can-do" attitude.
- Customer orientation and curiosity about customer needs.
