Job Description

Main Tasks

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales activity, pipeline, account performance, territory performance, and quota attainment
  • Track and analyze product performance and market pricing
  • Present actionable insights to sales leadership on team productivity, territory trends, and growth opportunities
  • Support ad hoc data analysis projects for sales leaders and RevOps stakeholders

Process & System Support

  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in sales processes, from lead distribution to order processing 
  • Recommend and document standardized workflows for quoting, pricing approvals, and distributor engagement 
  • Help test Salesforce workflows, fields, and dashboards during UAT (user acceptance testing)
  • Monitor and maintain CRM data hygiene (duplicate detection, field validation, etc.)
  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training guides

Tools & Tech Stack Support

  • Maintain and support day-to-day functionality of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ tools, Calculators, etc.)
  • Track tool usage and adoption metrics to inform process or training improvements
  • Assist with evaluating and onboarding new tools to support sales prospecting, quoting, and reporting

Salesforce Launch Support

  • Assist with data preparation and cleansing for the Salesforce implementation
  • Help document current and future-state sales processes
  • Support the rollout of Sales Cloud to the sales team, including training logistics and user onboarding
  • Provide first-level user support and help triage CRM issues or questions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to support pricing, promotions, lead conversion, and supply/demand planning 
  • Provide support for strategic initiatives, including product launches and channel expansion 

 

Your Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in analytics, sales processes, and sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

Preferred (not required):

  • Exposure to Salesforce (e.g., through coursework, internships, Trailhead, or certifications)
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes or distributor-based business models
  • Interest in career growth toward Sales Analytics or Revenue Operations
