Job Description
Role Summary
Engineering Technologists And Technicians support engineers in the design, modification, and improvement of products/processes.
Main Tasks
- Activities include but are not limited to, identifying and recommending improvements/preventive actions, inspecting, testing, maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment and systems.
- Monitors processes, estimates costs, makes or verifies calculations, analyzes and interprets data.
- Tests new and modified products, processes, and/or systems.
Your Profile
- Lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements, participate in the presentations for the developed products to the customer
- Patent check before Gate, ensure that the patent rights for new/existing products are protected in cooperation with the Legal department
- Prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the products within the relevant product group
- Coordinate all engineering activities with the Production department in order to ensure the productbility of the designed products
- Manage the processes of product modification in regards to the technical specifications during the serial production
- Manage technical communication with prototype suppliers, i.e. material, durability, process, etc.
